9) Our 'You Can't Get Hurt' return policy explained.
Upon receiving your order from Shopperswarehouse.biz, if for any reason you are unhappy with the product, return it to us for a complete refund. This is what we call our 'You can't get hurt' return. Whether your return is due to a damaged or defective item or your plans have changed and you are moving. The fine print is: a. You must have purchased the item(s) from Shopperswarehouse.biz. b. The refund does not include any shipping charges. c. All returns must be in good condition and received by us within 45 days of customer's receipt of products (please return items in original packaging whenever possible). d. Our return policy applies only to single unit or single case orders. That's it. No restocking charge, no hoops or hurdles. You can't get hurt.
